Position Summary

We are looking for a Digital Performance Planner to join UM Digital team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital media plans (planning and buying)
  • Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of performance campaign activities
  • Daily interaction with the internal business units ( biddable and programmatic) in order to optimized the delivery and the performance of the campaign according to KPI’s ( n. of sessions, sales, CPA, ROAS etc)
  • Daily analysis of Web Analytics datas ( Google Analytics & Adobe)
  • Weekly and monthly post campaign analysis
  • Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process
  • Analyze research data and media/marketing information; issues and reports information to clients
  • Take part into digital media strategy development
  • Building productive working relationships with internal teams and technology partners

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Desired Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in Digital Performance planning
  • Solid knowledge of ad serving/ trafficking technology (i.e. CM Google) and ad verification ( i.e. IAS, MOAT, etc).
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Language: Language: Good level of English (B1 minimum)
  • Proactivity and ability to find creative solutions
  • Collaboration and ability to work under pressure, having a positive attitude
  • Problem solver attitude
  • Organization and ability to meet the delivery deadlines
