Position Summary

As a VP, Client Services you will lead U.S. advertiser client accounts in collaboration with U.S. Client Team and SVP Client Development. In this role, you are actively managing a portfolio of business with a strategic mindset toward global new business, project management, and pipeline management. The VP, Client Services will be managing and growing existing relationships with agency partners and clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy: Maximize client billings and contribution towards Orion revenue goals
  • Operational execution: Initiating/implementing process & best practices across existing clients, as well as Execute several quick-turnaround deliverables, sales presentations, opportunity briefs, including proposals, case studies, deal sheets
  • Collaborate with U.S. Executive Leadership Team in implementing strategy to improve connectivity with clients and agency partners 
  • Educating clients about Orion product offerings
  • Managing existing client forecasts, including tracking billings and revenue as reported in local markets
  • Supporting new business needs, including developing ideas & materials for AOR pitches
  • Conduct client research and analysis, and implement targeting strategies to secure new clients, or look for new opportunities with existing clients
  • Cultivate strong client including management and oversight of any client conflicts and or media buy issues, that lead to long-term client retention 
  • Maximizing revenue potential and increasing profitability while ensuring client expectations and overall objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Partner with legal and finance to negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients
  • Manage media evaluation process

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in account management with a concentration in Media
  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing or developing a staff
  • Ability to drive revenue growth, strong background in business development and communication skills
  • Ability to drive sales through book of business and new clients

Skills
  • Experience across global clients is preferred
  • Ability to understand media buying process
  • Ability to drive projects from conception to completion; project management experience
  • Proven knowledge of traditional planning and research tools and resources
  • 25% travel required
