Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Thought Leadership

  • Macro lead across multiple high-profile eCommerce clients – responsible for SOW management, creation, and general client satisfaction with day-to-day teams
  • Be a critical liasion and trusted partner with internal IPG client business leads – building internal trust and processes to provide the best possible ways of working to the Reprise team
  • Recommends targeted, innovative media vehicles consistent with media and content strategies 
  • Demonstrates ability to present and sell strategies/plans through to the client and create additional plus up opportunities for existing clients
  • Can work with leaders at IPG and within the client teams providing insights, strategy and larger thought leadership for growth and scale
  • Becomes an expert in the client’s business and builds trusted partnerships with all levels of clients 
  • Proactively seeks out and studies information to remain current on media trends 
  • Ability to develop thought-leadership collateral for public consumption, and / or participation in conferences and relevant media communities

Account / Business Planning for Growth

  • Ability to build pitches for new clients showing strategy, perspective, and opportunities for business growth and development
  • Recognizes and acts on opportunities to grow business 

Partner / Product Management

  • Work with global counterparts on proprietary tech roadmap and opportunities for tools to improve team workflow and agency product
  • Maintain and grow partnership with key industry vendors – created added value through training, product, and first look opportunities for our clients
  • Actively partner with agency leadership to inform and evolve agency list of services to better meet ongoing client needs

Operational Oversight & Improvement

  • Understands the potential of performance media channels and uses experience to facilitate better business outcomes
  • Establish centralized process for team to ensure consistent performance and accountability for key client KPIs
  • Inform / guide day-to-day account staff with budget forecasting and goal setting for pay-for-performance clients
  • Serves as a resource for Directors & Associate Directors with line of oversight on managers, sr. analysts / analysts for advice and counsel 
  • Participant in strategic media planning and execution 
    • Ensures best practices are applied across account responsibilities 

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred 

Work Experience: 

  • Eight to ten years of experience in digital media planning, including three to five years management experience required   
  • Agency experience preferred 
  • Experience managing / buying / working with key eCommerce Media partners including Walmart Connect, Amazon, Target (Roundel), Instacart, etc
  • Experience managing / motivating diverse group of talent


  • Significant expertise in client communication and relationship building
  • Ability to find native growth opportunities
  • Extremely strong organization and ability to prioritize, triage volume of tasks and projects to generate maximum impact
  • Very strong experience in developing robust, creative, and innovative paid search and/or social / native advertising / content marketing programs – in excess of $1mm + annually 
  • Strong understanding of cross channel planning, demonstrating strong coordination of digital and offline media efforts. 
  • Extensive experience writing and presenting relevant information 
  • Understanding of marketing and communications process, and ability to execute streamlined processes across clients, media partners, and other agencies. 

Demonstrated ability to grow junior talent and help develop team skills / careers
