Position Summary

The Ecommerce Executive is an exciting role within Reprise's dedicated commerce team, Reprise Commerce. You will support the Head of Ecommerce in delivering industry leading projects and results to advance client outcomes across eRetail, Marketplaces, D2C and omni-channel commerce.

You will work alongside a high performing team of craft specialists across Performance Media, Content, Analytics and Strategy disciplines. Your role will support the Director to ensure that our squads of craft specialists are skilled enough to meet specific commerce requirements, and at times you’ll also be in the auditing, planning and media platforms to executive and optimise as required.

You will bring experience of eRetail and/or Marketplace best practice including ecommerce ads, online store front best practice, A+ content optimisation.

You’ll have the opportunity to form strategic outputs, whilst helping to create winning initiatives for client pitches and new statements of work. You’ll also support the Director and Head of in shaping the Reprise Commerce offering, ensuring we remain dynamic and evolutionary in our approach to eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Client

Deliver eCommerce audits, and prepare proposals and pitch work to answer client needs both proactively and reactively

Seek opportunities to expand our eCommerce services to clients, and build relationships as a trusted advisor

Manage the execution and optimisation of ecommerce ads, and marketplace/ webstore optimization

Business

Support our craft and performance teams to execute on client requirements and drive data-driven media outputs across ecommerce platforms

Be able to work across multiple projects, often fast-paced, and with multiple stakeholders

To support creating ecommerce strategies inclusive of SEO, Performance Media, CRO, Creative and Partnerships

Build a deep understanding of Reprise product offering to help up/cross-sell to clients

 

People

Guide, coach and support our craft teams with the latest best practice, and optimisation opportunities across webstore and marketplace ads

Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior agency partners, clients, and Global counterparts

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 year experience with eCommerce platforms
  • Strong understanding and experience in running ecommerce and marketplace ads
  • A keen eye for data with analytics experience, to be able to interpret dashboards, and work on Google Analytics
  • Understanding of performance marketing including the path to purchase, the role of content in engaging audiences and how that translates to marketplace and webstore performance
  • Understanding of CRO and SEO best practices
  • Strategic thinker with excellent presentation skills
