Position Summary

This role will primarily be focused on supporting and enabling value tracking and delivery for a portfolio of clients. The AD will report directly into the Group Director who will support and guide their development, you will have the support of an analyst. This role within the team provides a great opportunity for career development.

Key Responsibilities

Key day to day contact for specific senior clients, these are likely to be procurement marketing specialists so you will need to be able to:
• Clearly explain media dynamics at an expert level
• Report on media value delivery and be able to explain all value levers and how they have been applied across global markets to senior level client stakeholders
• Support local market conversations by explaining local trading dynamics within context of value delivery targets
• Negotiate change on behalf of local or regional teams.
• Manage timelines and resource planning to deliver to scope, including regular status calls with the client.
• Understand when additional support or expertise is required and facilitate appropriate involvement from the team or agency.

Managing Value Delivery Across all markets in scope
• Clearly articulate goals and methodology to local market trading leads
• Responsible for managing data delivery in line with client and internal deadlines
• Ensure accuracy of all calculations
• Ensure internal systems are up to date and accurate

Manager auditor relationships
• Create project plans to successfully deliver required data as per client contracts.
• Clearly articulate local market changes and understand how change needs to apply to agreed methodology
• Lead issue resolution
• Agency representative at local, regional or central audit meetings

Internal Relationships
• Report on key client status to internal senior key stakeholders
• Ensure client account teams are fully informed on status and you are integrated into the client team.
• Support with ad hoc investment and accountability requests
• Attend internal and external meetings as required to present the accountability POV
• Responsible for the training, development and workload management of more junior team members

New Business
• Support new business efforts when required to ensure competitive pricing submissions.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in a media role, ideally from an auditor or agency accountability team
• Experience in client management and a confident and articulate presenter
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, analytically sophisticated with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and articulation skills with the ability to manage upward to guide senior members of the organization
• Able to work across cultural boundaries in an articulate and sensitive manner
