Position Summary

The Digital Associate Director, EMEA sits in the regional digital team and is responsible for driving digital adoption, best practices, and excellence across all EMEA markets. The role involves working closely with the regional teams and the wider Mediabrands and Kinesso digital specialist agencies to implement the regional digital diversification strategy, support local markets for best practices, and assist with ongoing digital education.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support with monthly digital reporting and forecasting across the region
• Project manage multiple works steams internally with Mediabrands including Matterkind, Reprise, and AORs
• Manage external relationships with current and prospective partners
• Responsible for driving digital adoption across the region together with the teams to ensure best practices across managed, programmatic, and social channels
• Work with the Director, of Digital Solutions EMEA to implement market by market strategy to achieve maximum engagement and adoption from local teams
• Liaise with the Operations Manager and Director, of Digital Solutions EMEA to manage the digital infrastructure for the region and to ensure consistency for definitions, naming conventions, and effective reporting framework
• Assist the UK team with the creation of new digital supply and identifying future partnerships
• Manage the regional digital team on day-to-day tasks and ensure they’re working proficiently whilst ensuring their development needs are met
• Assist with ongoing digital education of the wider UK and EMEA teams
Desired Skills & Experience
• Good understanding of the digital and data landscape including the programmatic ecosystem
• Knowledge and experience in working with DSPs, ad networks, exchanges, and/or auction marketplaces
• Understanding of social and search platforms is a plus
• Exposure to multi-media disciplines, understanding of cross channels media planning
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a keen ability to be persistent while remaining personable
• Strong people management skills, previous experience is a must
• Strong relationship builder with the immediate team, other departments, and local markets
• Ability to think on their feet, be proactive and take ownership of projects
• Commercial awareness, ability to identify the best route to extract maximum value
