Position Summary

This position facilitates the creative development, production and trafficking workflow between the clients, creative agencies & media agency to ensure timely & accurate distribution of our video and digital assets. This position will be a key facilitator of creative campaign assets across the T-Mobile enterprise (T-Mobile business segments) which includes Postpaid, Network, SMRA (Small Market Rural Areas), Prepaid, T-Mobile for Business (B2B), T-Mobile Media Team, and T-Mobile Ad Team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Primary point of contact (and facilitator of communications regarding creative campaign assets) across Initiative’s teams (Client Advice and Management, Comms Design, Partnerships and Operations).

·       Act as a point of contact between Initiative, media partners, publishers, creative agency partners and the T-Mobile business segments.

·       Partner with Media Buyers for accurate partner specifications, deadlines, etc.

·       Review, organize and prepare partner specifications for client and digital agency kick off meetings

·       Manage project deliverables from start to finish- ensuring Quality Control processes are adhered to throughout (e.g., ensuring internal and external assets meet specifications and standards of client/agency)

·       Create and update status documents for internal teams/clients on projects/campaigns, communicating progress and issue tracking.

·       Receive and traffic campaign creative assets to appropriate teams

·       Confirm site-served creative is all set for launch with vendors and 3rd party served creative is configured in accordance with Technical Advertising Operations & Analytics Group

·       Collaborate with media planning associates, Advertising Operations and analytics teams in support of quality assurance for all campaigns

·       Analyze and prioritize multiple activities and project needs daily, while establishing attainable deadlines and potential roadblocks

·       Resolve project issues and escalates challenges and risk as needed to internal and external stakeholders

·       Effectively monitor ad development to ensure they are delivering as promised (on time, on budget, etc.)

·       Support Creative Management team on ad hoc projects

·       Be the single source of truth for the media plan and specs


Desired Skills & Experience

1.       Agency experience highly preferred

2.       Strong communicator via spoken language, email, and productivity tools (i.e., Slack)

3.       2-3 years of experience managing creative assets for media (digital and video in particular)

4.       Experience working with partner agencies for creative

5.       Vendor management experience

6.       Extensive experience managing workflows, project plans

7.       Experience trafficking digital display and video assets with Advertising Ops team

8.       Ability to multi-task, be proactive, resourceful

9.       Organized, detailed and strong communicator

10.   Collaborative, team player

11.   Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and use of Google Docs and Slides
