Position Summary

Dynamic account/operations leader to fill in for Group Director, Operations who is responsible for working with the Head of Operations to steward the development, rollout and management of tools & processes to power and operationalize the T—Mobile media business. This includes automation of reporting and project management as well as assisting in coordinating the flow of data and reporting between the agency and T-Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support across all foundational workstreams to support the T-Mobile infrastructure
  • Oversee planning and investment tools and data (e.g. Mediatools & Mediaocean)
  • Steward cross discipline communication and process across teams, tools and data
  • Lead development, implementation and management of system, tools, taxonomy and QA process to power efficient and accurate end to end planned vs purchased data reporting
  • Lead collection of, cleansing of, QA and mapping/integration of data from all systems/sources (Mediatools, Mediaocean Prisma) required to power reporting
  •  Lead development of day-to-day reports using data from reporting tools (e.g. Mediatools & Mediaocean)
  •  Partner and liaise with planning/investment as needed on all reporting deliverables
  • Ongoing, consistent leadership to ensure compliance of processes, within set rules and proper use of systems
  • Manage SQAD relationship
  • Partner with SQAD along with planning and investment to build and evolve customized T-Mobile Mediatools environment
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise whether it be internal process or system issues
  • Ongoing cross team education and training on process and compliance

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8-10 years of demonstrated work success in a media related role
  • Deep understanding and experience with planning and investment process and requirements
  • Familiarity with data governance and master data management concepts
  • Strong problem solving, design, and analytical skills
  • Process improvement and process re-engineering skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  •   Gravitas + adept influencing- the personal and professional credibility to carry the system with it
  • Humble confidence - confident in skills and willing to provide a proactive point of view
  • Goal oriented and action-focused with strong time-management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
