Position Summary
As Head of Communications Design, T-Mobile at Initiative, you are an instrumental member of the Communications Design leadership team, and oversee multiple T-Mobile lines of business and over $1.5 billion in media spend for the US. Your role is to cascade the vision and lead the creation of the connected communications design practice across all T-Mobile efforts.
You are a passionate disrupter in the communications industry ready to take a lead role in helping Initiative create the future. You’ve seen the old ways of working, and want to create the new. With gravitas among clients, peers, partners and team members, you are the passionate expert in the room when it comes to the next generation connection between people and brands, and the new levers available to us across the full ecosystem – from connections, to cultural vehicles, to commerce. You are the pied piper that leads your team by inspirational example.
You will oversee, lead and enable product excellence in all aspects of communications design. In partnership with our Client Advice and Management craft, you will serve as a consultative partner to deliver solutions-based recommendations to clients. And, working in collaboration with the Strategy and Partnership discipline leads, you champion and steward the application of best-practice approaches, techniques and solutions for modern experience design; marketplace education and training; talent hiring and acquisition; best practice sharing and leadership; and leadership of case study and award entries.
Drawing on your knowledge and expertise across various communications practices gained from leadership experience, planning on world class clients, or integration and content solution roles, you are a change agent in helping teams, clients and partners collaborate, develop, design, and enact ideas that spread through best practice, innovative connections. You are passionate about using communications to change behavior and look far beyond channels to think about how we make every encounter matter.
