Position Summary

  • Guide development of data frameworks, superior insights, and actionable enablement strategies for a pharmacetutical client.
  • Initiative's comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the marketing and tech industries allows them to develop rigorous client-driven data strategies resulting in improved measurement and data insights. 
  • Under moderate direction, works within significant limits and authority on assignments of higher complexity and coordination 
  • Possesses demonstrated knowledge and skills, including product and industry 
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information 
  • May interact directly with clients/agency contacts and provide informal guidance, training and assistance to lower level associates and other functional areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Begin to engage in client meetings and begin to maintain multiple accounts. 
  • Provides in-depth reporting and insights support for deep media insights

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Problem Solving: Anticipates, recognizes and clearly defines problems using various techniques to systematically analyze, weigh alternatives and propose solutions (Basic / Intermediate). 
  • Relationship Management: Managing existing business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and externally (Basic) 
  • Building Talent/Developing People: Focuses on developing, coaching, and mentoring to enable others to improve performance and to reach their full potential (Basic) 
  • Data Strategy & Enablement: Provide strategic and operational intelligence when guiding clients through framework design and deployment (Basic) 
  • Platform Evaluation & Deployment: Provide technical and operational guidance to clients when insourcing data capabilities (Basic) 
  • Advanced Analytics: Proactive analytics support inclusive of custom reporting and modeling (Basic/Intermediate) 
  • Audience Insights: Deliver informative and actionable audience insights, driving strategic objectives ((Basic/Intermediate)
