The Ecommerce Account Manager is a key member of the UK Ecommerce team. The role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality e-commerce media and marketing solutions across a range of clients and platforms (such as Amazon Ads and Criteo). Your key clients will be Tommee Tippee, J&J and others.

You will report to the Account Director and be responsible for the strategic development of your client's accounts and the organisation of your team. Where possible, you will line manage an Account Executive and be responsible for overseeing the quality of their work, career development, and training needs.

Responsabilidades clave

E-commerce marketing 
  • Establish an understanding of all areas of Reprise’s expertise and the products/services we can provide to our clients.
  • Contribute to the development of new ways of working that drive results for the eCommerce team and clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with the developing retail media landscape and identify potential new opportunities for our clients.
Client management 
  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship for your clients.
  • Work with Account Executive to ensure client accounts are well-optimised to achieve results that align with client-specific KPIs.
  • Work with Account Executive to ensure accurate budget management across accounts and that finance process are adhered to.
  • Prepare and lead account performance review presentations.
  • Lead development of regular results analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations.
  • Effectively set and manage client expectations.
People management 
  • Actively nurture the goal of making Reprise an enjoyable place for staff to work and for clients to engage with.
  • Develop the skills and knowledge of the Account Executive through mentoring, supervision and providing feedback on performance.
  • Delegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of tasks to ensure an acceptable workload.
  • Identify opportunities for the Account Executive to take ownership of tasks or projects to develop and grow.

Capacidades y experiencia deseadas

Required Experience:
  • Experience in planning and managing paid campaigns across Amazon Ads and Criteo Sponsored Products.
  • Experience in using third-party bid management tools (e.g. skai, Pacvue) to drive e-commerce performance.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the e-commerce flywheel and the impacts of each element on total retail. performance.
  • Strong, polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, both up and down.
  • Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, and building partnerships. 
Bonus Skills: 
  • Knowledge of/experience with additional retail media platforms e.g. Nectar360 (Citrus) 
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Ads ecosystem outside of Amazon Sponsored Ads 
  • Knowledge of/experience with content optimisation across Amazon and other eRetailers 
  • Knowledge of commercial agreements 
  • Knowledge of retail insight platforms such as Edge, Profitero, and others
