Kinesso

This position is responsible for all the operational finance and closing activities of various legal entities, providing comprehensive support in the finance department and corporate business activities. The role also requires interfaces with with different levels in the organization and exposure to regional hubs (if any).

·        Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, etc.

·        Process client billings and capture media costs.

·        Prepare Work In Progress (WIP) report, reconciliation & trackers.

·        Perform revenue recognition and monitor project profitability.

·        Prepare and analyse monthly balance sheet schedules.

·        Creates, submits & follow up tickets to support group for any adhoc requests from business team.

·        Prepare journal entries for recharges and various accruals.

·        Ensure timely billings to Intercompany and other Direct Clients.

·        Assist in preparation of monthly regional requirements.

·        Operate as part of an effective team and contributes proactively to the efficient performance of the team.

·        Any other ad hoc duties as assigned (Operational, Systems, Internal Controls).

·        Possess minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

·        Entry-level graduates are welcomed.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge will be added advantage.

·        Able to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment

·        Team player and able to work independently with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Experience in Media/Advertising Agency will be an added advantage

·        Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice
