The Associate Director, Addressable Strategy will act as the central point of contact for our internal and external partners, providing excellent client service and strategic thinking to support optimal business outcomes for our clients. They will also be responsible for day-to-day management of junior members of the Addressable Strategy team.
To be successful as an Associate Director, Addressable Strategy, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, have a solutions-oriented mindset, and have exceptional communication (verbal, written, and presentation,) conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
· Research and develop effective addressable strategies using data and technology to deliver on business outcomes for those clients
· Create innovative approaches to solve clients’ media and business challenges and effectively present ideas with strong, data-driven rationale
· Lead client presentations, acting as an addressable strategy expert
· Create and foster a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders through a culture of collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing
· Utilize knowledge of our data and technological capabilities to ensure that clients are continuously educated on what is currently possible, what’s coming next, and to address any specific business challenges
· Provide prompt and professional responses to agency/client requests
· Monitor client bookings, track campaign dollars, and ensure that every campaign is meeting or exceeding client KPIs
· Ensure that all in-flight and post campaign performance reporting is accurate and includes meaningful and actionable insights
· Oversee junior team members to track campaign performance and ensure that all deadlines are being met
· Manage team workload and communicate resourcing challenges to the leadership team
· Contribute to the training, career growth and feedback sharing for junior team members
· Review outgoing materials created by junior team members and provide feedback/coaching
· Inform the leadership team of any potential challenges and opportunities as it relates to account management and provide solutions where appropriate
· Support the Director, Addressable Strategy on maintaining an accurate pipeline
· Participate in media partner meetings as required to identify new client opportunities and continue to expand knowledge of the ecosystem
· Maintain and continue to develop a strong knowledge of the addressable ecosystem
