This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading client leadership role on the newly won Money Supermarket account.

Responsabilidades principales

The AV Manager will work closely with the Investment Director and Head of AV Planning to deliver critical business whilst having the autonomy to manage other accounts within the team. You will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of the Investment team whilst also ensuring outstanding day-to-day delivery across all the accounts you work on. You will have excellent people skills, be confident in managing a piece of business and will look to nurture and develop talent within your remit.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the media landscape in the UK, including digital.
  • Demonstrates strong AV + audio planning skills and possesses current knowledge of industry trends.
  • Ensure regular interaction with planning teams and an understanding of the communication objectives for the client portfolio.
  • Support the Investment Director in implementing the right process and procedures for the effective day-to-day management of all activity.
  • Responsible for planning programmatic AV + audio and liaising with ad tech specialists Matterkind to ensure successful implementation.
  • Accountability: ongoing tracking of value and quality deliveries and attendance at reviews.
  • Alongside the planning team ‘Sell in’ annual plans / large briefs across all video and visual channels to senior clients.
  • Develop innovative solutions with media owners and sell-in clients.
  • Challenge strategy and ideas to ensure they are remarkable and inspirational for our clients.
  • Ensures that AV Executives continue to deliver to the highest standards and are learning from your example.

Habilidades y experiencia deseadas

About You:
  • Excellent in front of clients and in leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Experience in coaching junior team members and enabling the development of those around you.
  • Is experienced and well versed in all video and audio media and able to clearly articulate how communications are able to deliver a positive impact on our client’s business.
  • A dedicated and motivated individual, who helps create and maintain a powerful team dynamic.
  • Highly personable with a collaborative spirit, who develops good working relationships internally and externally with ease.
  • Good communication skills, familiar with developing strong client and industry connections.
  • Positive and proactive with a curious and creative mindset.
  • A self-motivated and driven person who has an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to succeed and achieve.
  • Strong admin skills and great attention to detail.
  • Experience working on a range of brands, and across a wide range of channels.  Ideally someone with digital-first experience who has been responsible for the implementation and management of campaigns.
