The Global Accountability team’s primary focus is to deliver value to Amazon. You will report to the Managing Partner, Global Value, manage a team of three and work closely with the Rufus community across all countries globally. This role will cover all media types (TV, Digital, OOH, Print & Radio) across multiple geographies.

Responsabilidades principales

Managing Value Delivery Across all markets in scope
  • Clearly articulate goals and methodology to local market trading lead.
  • Oversee the monthly data delivery and results tracking in line with client and internal deadlines.
  • Oversee granular pricing targets provision for all buying teams globally.
  • Manage the escalation process where needed, leading issue resolution where possible.
Internal Relationships
  • Work closely with country trading leads in all countries where Amazon are active.
  • Ensure client account teams are fully informed on the status and you are integrated into the broader Rufus client team.
  • Support with ad hoc investment and accountability requests.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required to present the accountability POV.
  • Responsible for the training, development and workload management of the Global Accountability team.
Key contact for specific senior clients, these are likely to be marketing specialists so you will need to be able to:
  • Clearly explain media dynamics at an expert level.
  • Report on media value delivery and be able to explain all value levers and how they have been applied across global markets to senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Support local market conversations by explaining local trading dynamics within the context of value delivery targets.
  • Understand when additional support or expertise is required and facilitate appropriate involvement from the team or agency.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new Clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new countries as they are added to the Value tracking program.

Habilidades y experiencia deseadas

  • Experienced in managing Global client value-tracking programs.
  • Experienced in Media Audits or has a media auditor background.
  • Understands International media buying, with a TV or Digital background.
  • Accurate and analytically sophisticated with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and articulation skills.
  • Able to work across cultural boundaries in an articulate and sensitive manner.
  • Able to use initiative and problem-solving skills to ad-hoc tasks and requests.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
