The role of Data & Production Assistant is to support the team with the day-to-day activities. We are looking for someone with a special curious outlook and quick learning skills. You’ll be working alongside a highly profiled team, dispatched a hundred percent on the account, meeting client’s needing on reporting and data gathering.


Responsabilidades principales

  • Formulate comprehensive and actionable post-campaigns analyses to support planning teams;
  • Prepare insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Leverage existing data reporting templates and routines to optimize agency’s analytical workflow;
  • Pull and cleanse data from multiple sources to produce and upkeep internal data banks;
  • Support Data & Product Team in producing tailored analyses for pitches and existing clients.


Habilidades y experiencia deseadas

  • A recent graduate with strong analytical skills, but keep in mind that we love what we call the “humanistic approach to data”;
  • Someone detail-oriented who can combine data, analytics and tech approaches to colleagues discover useful information;
  • A team-player confident with data;
  • Great with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (can expertly use and manage Pivot Tables);
  • Curious and eager to learn;
  • A self-starter with solid time-management and multi-tasking skills;
  • Nice to have: basic SQL and VBA knowledge.
  • Working proficiency English, 
  • Mother tongue Italian or proficiency 
  • Flexibility
