The Senior Associate, Addressable Activation is a programmatic role within our growing Matterkind Singapore team, focused on servicing a key client (AWS).

The role is for a programmatic expert who has a proven track record of delivering best in class executional and operations excellence. This role has a large remit servicing multiple markets within APAC executed from our Singapore programmatic hub. As a key stakeholder, you are responsible for the strategic planning, activation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across multiple markets. Proven experience providing programmatic excellence across strategy, planning, channel and format selection, audience segmentation and selection, KPI and objective setting, benchmarking, optimisations, recommendations and performance analysis is a must.
Hands on experience trading in DV360 and The Trade Desk and a strong understanding of the Google marketing stack is compulsory, experience across other DSPs including Amobee is preferable. A strong understanding of data capabilities, inventory and publishers across APAC region is required, utilising your experience to guide clients to the best approach and new opportunities. Knowledge and understanding of DMP’s, Analytics, DCO and reporting automation/data visualisation is preferred.

The Senior Associate, Addressable Activation will assist in establishing strong relationships with our tech, data and publisher partners. The role may require some client facing time (although this will mainly be managed by the agency), you will be required to have an ability to showcase and demonstrate subject matter expertise both at a micro (daily optimisations) and macro (test and learn innovation projects) level.
Responsabilités clés
CLIENT:
  • Manage daily client requests, workflow & relationships.
  • Develop a deep, trusted understanding of client's business.
  • Produce and present recommendations and thought leadership product/output that evolves current client approach.
  • Harvest actionable insights, use learnings, and propose strategic recommendations or innovative test and learn opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings and briefing sessions where required.
EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE AND TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING/ CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
  • Manage campaign set up in platform and QA all activity.
  • Manage bespoke PMP marketplace and deal creation for your clients working closely with Magna, DSP partners and direct publishers.
  • Design bespoke reporting dashboard and tools to effectively manage activity across multiple clients.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of campaign; performance, pacing and discrepancies ensuring information is clearly communicated tthe client and internal team members through regular established reports at key milestones.
  • Identify potential performance/technical issues (both micro and macro) and address as necessary with both a healthy sense of urgency and clear action points.
  • Communicate to clients the best possible optimisation through data & visualisations.
  • Input and update optimisations in real time as parameters change.
  • Establish clear systems to ensure all key campaign parameters are adhered to.
  • Monitor media spend for a portfolio of campaigns to ensure on-time completion.
  • Assist in evolving the approach through both hygiene (process) and thought leadership (innovation).
  • Ability to evaluate and remain DSP agnostic as new opportunities arise.
PEOPLE:
  • Work closely with client, agency stakeholders and wider Matterkind Singapore team on the successful development, implementation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns.
  • Responsible for managing workflow and deliverables across the team and client.
  • Work with key markets to surface relevant data, insights, trends and partnerships.
  • Attend all relevant vendor and partner meetings and research new opportunities e.g. identifying, negotiating and establishing PMPs with relevant exchanges/ publishers.
COMMERCIAL:
  • Able to execute against business objectives.
  • Ability to track financial & media metrics reconciling performance parameters.
  • Drive key areas of programmatic innovation and growth, by identifying relevant test and learn opportunities.

Compétences et expérience souhaitées
  • High level of technical & executional capability across programmatic tools & systems.
  • Strong excel skills, powerpoint, data visualisation, charting and analysis.
  • Analytical strength in providing insight and media solutions alongside this.
