Position Summary
The EU Performance Manager, Client Advice and Management, is part of Initiative’s Rufus team and will have an important role across Europe on Initiative’s biggest client, Amazon. This role specifically is for Amazon Workforce Staffing (WFS) and primarily covers the UK, Germany, France & Italy, with limited support for Austria, the Netherlands, Spain & Turkey. There is also potential growth into other markets throughout 2023. WFS are an important client and briefs touch all media channels, giving candidates an exciting opportunity to broaden their skill set and knowledge of the media landscape.
This role reports directly to the Head of WFS Europe, and its primary focus is helping local market teams plan, run and optimize their performance campaigns to ensure meeting or exceeding CPA targets. The successful candidate will partner with the integrated Rufus team and across Mediabrands SBUs, in each country, to ensure campaigns are following best practice for performance media, that each market has a robust testing road map and that learnings are being shared across teams and disciplines.
This role will have regular client contact to report on the work streams from each of the local market teams and report on the pan-European approach to campaigns. Therefor we are looking for and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with clients & internal teams to deliver excellent work.
