Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent! The Senior Associate, Portfolio Management plays a crucial role in the development and day-to-day stewardship of media plans in accordance with the strategies developed on assigned accounts. This opportunity will kick-start your career in media and provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create media plans across all channels, including TV, Print, Radio, Digital, and more 
  • Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities including authorizations, budgets, and the reconciliation process 
  • Analyze and provide clients with research data as well as strategic analysis of campaigns 
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, publishers to ensure an effective creation and implementation of campaigns 
  • Mentor Associates and provide opportunities for continued growth and advancement 
  • Accommodate ad hoc responsibilities and evolving job duties 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Concentration in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of media planning experience 
  • Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology and third party market research tools such as Double Click DART, Atlas DMT, comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen Net View, @Plan, Net Ratings, MRI, Simmons, SRDS 
  • Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to effectively multi-task competing priorities and projects through time management and organization 
  • Proficient understanding of accounting principles, data analyzing, and market research 
  • Ability to work effectively cross functionally and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other various outside vendors 
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The salary range for this position is $62,500 to $65,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
