As a Head of eCommerce Strategy at Reprise, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of eCommerce strategies for renowned international and local brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and present data-driven webstore and marketplace strategies for large international and local brands
Develop eCommerce product roadmap, to remain at the forefront of digital, product and technology innovation
Create ecommerce full-funnel marketing and media strategies for driving brand awareness, loyalty and sales
Identify and advise on potential platforms for webstore development based on client’s needs
Develop and manage relationships with local marketplace players
Guide customers on effective ecommerce campaigns, especially for driving growth outside the shopping holidays
Provide best practices for ecommerce optimization to improve customer journey and webstore/ marketplace performance
Webstore and marketplace performance analysis with in-depth insights and actionable next steps
Provide advisory on the advertising, SEO and CRO best practices for eCommerce
Desired Skills & Experience
10+ years experience in digital marketing with an extensive experience in eCommerce
Extensive understanding of the digital landscape; keeping up to date with new trends and technology
Strong experience in media planning across all major advertising platforms
Advanced knowledge of SEO, CRO, social commerce, CRM platforms, Google Analytics
Proven track record of creating digital strategies that has resulted in significant growth in ecommerce performance
Great communication skills, with ability to manage and positively influence stakeholders at all levels and nurture relationships both internally and externally
Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting in front of an audience
Good understanding of analytics and performance marketing.
Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Commerce or other related field
