Position Summary

The Milan office is growing fast and we are currently looking to employ a person as DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to track and process media inventory. He/she will work closely with the media partners and agencies to ensure Orion inventory buys are maintained and successfully utilized. This role supports the Media team in preparing, maintaining, tracking and stewarding client’s media schedules, both on and off-line. It’s the perfect opportunity to gain proficiency in digital media while gaining knowledge of the offline communication at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain all media partnerships utilizing excel and internal databases
  • Contact vendors to receive flowcharts and discuss any relevant issues; maintenance of buys and handle post-order tasks, materials delivery, weekly allocations, etc
  • Campaigns trafficking (both off and on line) and optimization
  • Update and maintain contact list
  • Reconcile billing every month and reconcile invoice discrepancies
  • Send monthly statement reports to media vendors / partners
  • Support Orion and media agencies teams with miscellaneous projects
  • Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff, media partners (both off and on line), partner Agencies
  • Recommend new ways of more efficiently managing and maintaining information as well as overall ways to help our department grow.

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Strong proficiency in Excel required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications needed
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Strong proficiency in math and communications skills
  • Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity as well as positive interpersonal skills
  • Good level of English


  • Media knowledge/experience
  • Ability to use industry standard tools
  • Ability to prioritize workload and take own initiative


  • Education: University Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in Digital Media planning is appreciated
