Reporting to the Performance Director, the Performance Manager is crucial in delivering best in-class digital solutions to your clients. This role focuses on driving best in class digital strategy, mainly across  social. You’d be responsible for managing the day to day of the Executives and Coordinators and whilst this is a manager role you should never be shy from getting down and dirty on the tools.

Responsabilités clés


  • Leading client communications
  • Working on paid media campaigns across paid search, social & programmatic channels.
  • Overseeing and leading the planning, optimisation and reporting of all paid campaigns, accountable for paid channel strategy and deliverables
  • Continually identifying optimisation opportunities to drive performance improvements across channels, based on relevant KPI’s.
  • Stakeholder management - working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Leading digital innovation and driving a robust testing framework.


  •  Media Forecasting
  • Running bespoke reports with detailed insights on account performance.
  • Media Finance
  • Staying abreast of industry updates to inform clients and internal teams
  • Identify new opportunities for growth
  • Assisting in new business pitches

  • Workflow management of Executives and Coordinators
  • Training, support and guidance to junior team members
  • Escalating requests to your client director or Product Director as they arise
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with media agency partners and tech partners
