Position Summary

Responsible for planning, designing, and assisting in implementation of SEO strategies

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization 

  • Manage and assist in the execution of SEO projects and provide high-quality deliverables on time.
  • Build and lead a team of SEOs in the execution of campaigns.
  • Be able to understand the customer’s requirements and provide relevant SEO plans and strategies.
  • Familiar with search engines ranking mechanisms and optimization principle.
  • Support team in conducting audits, keyword research, crawl analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Constantly updated on SEO knowledge and trends to provide the best strategies to clients

Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

  • Identify the website's key performance metrics and competitive trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics setup and tracking.
  • Proficiency in AEM Adobe Analytics tracking. (plus).
  • Creating forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models.
  • Directing queries and analyzing databases and logs to produce performance reports.
  • Making recommendations regarding process improvements and helping develop performance policies and procedures.

Client & People Management

  • Support account lead in effective meetings with client
  • Thorough knowledge of client’s business, competitors, and market
  • Identify and develop opportunities for incremental revenue increases
  • Participates in new business activities as assigned
  • Oversee department budget, including staffing and resource requirements like capacity planning
  • Liaise with and support regional team with projects and initiatives


Strategy Development & Implementation 

  • Development/support account lead of all major and new campaign briefs
  • Recommend appropriate research as required
  • Set procedures, templates, and benchmarks for team members to adhere
  • Consults with creative, developers, media, and analytics team to communicate client objectives and to develop alternative strategic solutions

Quality Control/Standards Maintenance

  • Work conforms with corporate brand identity guidelines and site specifications
  • Work conforms with advertising codes, legal and ethical standards

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of results
  • Minimum diploma in Mass communication or any related field.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter and a team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally
  • Passion for all aspects of SEO; from content development to backlinking, technical SEO and PR.
  • Proficient in SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, or Organic E-commerce trends is a plus
