Position Summary

To effectively and efficiently deliver quality work. To ensure smooth co-ordination of work within and cross-function teams. To learn about advance communication skill. To build trust of clients as a communication channel expert.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Able to develop total integrated communication plan with insights for big accounts
  •  Able to challenge clients' briefs
  •  Have full knowledge of buying strategy/cost developments and convincingly present to clients
  •  Manage relationship with junior-senior clients to ensure client satisfaction
  •  Build relationship with sales personnel of media vendors
  •  Ensure that team prepares MBA accurately and timely
  •  Ensure that team follow through with all documentations (signed documents, PO, PR, etc.)
  •  Ensure that plans are executed as planned and provide solutions to clients in case of issues

Desired Skills & Experience

  •  5-7 years work experience.
  •  Understand consumer insights.
  •  Fully understand clients business objective/strategy/targeting.
  •  Understand both traditional and digital skills.
  •  Good presentation skill.
  •  Good interpersonal skill and can manage expectation.
  •  Understand how to track business result in digital ecosystem will be a plus.
