Position Summary

To support on data mining, documentation and preparation work for communication channel planning. To actively learn to be a communication channel planner.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Run reports on ADEX, Post analysis, Pulse, competitive activities
  •  Analysis using IPG proprietary and industry software
  •  Monitor competitors' activities in all channels 
  •  Prepare presentations of the above
  •  Organize and documentation of financial details; namely schedules, financial tracking
  •  Actively learn the media skill and media details (both traditional and digital), attending supplier meetings, trainings, etc.
  •  Actively learn IPG Planning Disciplines
  •  Actively learn about consumers by attending fieldwork, focus groups, etc.
  •  Obtain necessary documents and signature as required from client.
  •  Follow-up on pending jobs or as assigned by supervisor.
  •  Deliver tasks to deadlines as assigned by seniors.
  •  Understand Business Operation brand identity, tools and principles.

Desired Skills & Experience

  •  0-1 year work experience
  •  Mathematics skill
  •  Ability to communicate effectively in English
  •  Microsoft computer software
  •  Basic graphic software, eg. Photoshop
  •  Pleasant and presentable personality
