Data analytics is the powerhouse of decision-making at Reprise, the world’s largest performance marketing agency. Our analytics team are building solutions from data Architecture through to Analysis and Activation, forming our triple-A framework. We work with a variety of different tools to do this including the GMP stack, GCP, and onsite optimisation tools as well as proprietary solutions to drive media optimisation and audience activation. 

The Analytics team has continued to grow as we demonstrate the value of analytics across Architecture, Analysis and Activation. This Domo D&A Manager role will be a pivotal position, increasing our capability when it comes to Domo and BI solutions. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can take ownership of our Domo workstream hands-on, working with a key client and the client team to deliver the next generation of reporting and measurement, leveraging all of the features within Domo.

Responsabilità principali

You should have excellent BI & analytics experience gained from multiple implementations. The role will require you to use your business knowledge, technical expertise, and soft skills to support our internal teams and the client to deliver Domo projects across a range of media channels successfully.

You should also be skilled in capturing business requirements and conducting detailed data analysis. You should have a strong background in data integration design and development and experience designing and developing dimensional data models, and building reports, dashboards and scorecards using various tools. 
  • Act as the champion within the central data analytics team for Domo.
  • Support the internal teams in the design and development of their reporting solutions.
  • Prioritise, design and deliver standard integrations for commonly used data streams.
  • Support the development of the data playbook for establishing and rolling out Domo solutions.
  • Work with our data analytics teams to establish appropriate deployment and support processes for Domo solutions delivering dashboards to the client.
  • Triage issues raised by clients or internal teams, finding appropriate resolutions to issues raised. 
  • Spot opportunities for standardising, optimising and automating processes for the delivery of dashboards. 
  • Encourage the development of a data-centric culture leveraging Domo, providing user support, guidance, and training to client teams.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business, gathering short and long-term requirements and support. 
  • The preferred candidate will bring the ability to focus on getting the job done, maintaining a view of the business benefits, and proving resilience in the face of obstacles. 

Competenze ed esperienza desiderate

Skills & Experience
  • Expert use of and ability to implement and troubleshoot Domo dashboard builds for digital marketing 
  • Working knowledge of other GMP platforms (i.e. Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Data Studio, Optimise) 
  • Experience using Google Cloud Platform 
  • Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Client-facing experience and ability to simplify technical subjects for discussion with non-technical people 
  • Experience with the following platforms: Looker, Terraform, Adverity, Adobe Analytics, Telium, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred.
  • Familiarity with API connectors (i.e. Supermetrics) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with non-Google Ad platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Bing etc) is preferred.
