MediaBrands is looking for a Manager, Audience Analytics to join its Analytics team to work on a new insurance client. This position will be responsible for creation and reporting on custom target audiences, and providing audience insights to internal/external teams and supporting the creation of best practice playbooks. The right candidate will feel comfortable working with large data sets and distilling complex ideas into a well thought out story.

Responsabilità principali

  • Develop and syndicate custom audiences based on multiple data sources (1st, 2nd, and 3rd party) to deliver against overall marketing strategy.
  • Generate audience insights reports using the DMP
  • Work with senior members of the team to set multi-campaign test plans that answer key business questions and inform best practice playbooks
  • Create and maintain closed loop exposure reporting to measure audience performance.
  • Critically assess campaign and audience performance to evaluate media effectiveness and inform future planning decisions and practices
  • Evaluate 3rd party audience data partnerships and data sources

Competenze ed esperienza desiderate

  • 3+ years’ experience in a data analytics role. Media experience a plus.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and strong knowledge of databases
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills and the ability to complex ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of media performance reporting and best practices
  • Knowledge of audience data capture and DMPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Krux experience a plus)
  • Experience with marketing test design, setup and implementation
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital measurement, KPIs and attribution
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
