Position Summary
The Client & Reporting Director (Group Business Director) is the leader for all Orion Australia Client & Agency Relationships and is responsible for all client and commercial reporting of the business for Australia.
The role encompasses overseeing first and foremost our client relationships – delivering our commitments to clients including some of Australia's biggest retailers and financial institutions. Based in Sydney you will oversee clients in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & Brisbane; overseeing client growth opportunities, service excellence, client advisory performance and commercial review.
Foster relationships with Orion stakeholders within Mediabrands to enhance agency and client relationships. Demonstrate expertise and creative thinking of the Orion product to ‘solve’ agency and client issues. Deliver accurate commercial reporting for the business, compliance of contracts and standardization of Orion process to remove barriers to growth.
The role is a key position within Orion Australia. As a leader you will be a key contact for our clients and agency partners, promoting the brand and customizing product offerings to help us win and retain business as well as delivering service excellence with a passion for innovation.
Your strength in the area of product development in the area of Media Barter frameworks will be a key attribute to the build of Orion’s product strategy build for Australia.
