The Investment Manager EMEA will report to the Client Partnership Director EMEA based in London. This role will focus primarily on helping to curate, manage and track best-in-class partnerships for the likes of J&J, Amazon, Carlsberg, Lego, Dyson, Nike and Spotify, but will also support in the areas of Media Standards and Trading.

Responsabilità principali

The role will help shape the strategic direction for client partnerships in the region, and will focus on the following key areas of responsibility:
  • Help to build long-term partnership strategies for key regional clients.
  • Driving and measuring the most optimal value for clients through a variety of negotiation tacticsIdentify new ways of extracting value from media owners for clients.
  • Assist clients in evaluating and executing client direct deals with global/regional partners.
  • Surface innovative partnership opportunities that seamlessly fit clients' campaign objectives.
  • Ongoing evaluation of clients’ investment strategies with media owners, and suggesting optimisations to ensure optimal value extraction.
  • Ensuring brand hygiene guidelines are implemented within regional and local partnerships, and being able to deliver a fast reaction, and action planning to any violations of terms.
  • Help build multimedia partnerships when strategically relevant to a client’s KPIs.
  • Quantify and capture the incremental value delivered to clients by reconciling any client partnerships with the Global Accountability team.
  • Where applicable, support client-direct global JBP discussions.
  • Support the Director of Media Standards and Investment Product EMEA in ensuring Standards and best practice is employed by clients across the region.
  • Help International Trading Director manage Global deals and Intelligence products across the EMEA region.
  • Provide best practice guidance around partnership implementation and operational excellence to clients and client teams across the region.
  • Help manage and support the recruitment of clients for the Media Trials program.
  • Regularly update partnerships Teams channel with relevant JBP, documents, and value trackers.

Competenze ed esperienza desiderate

  • Adept experience in media buying/planning experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.
  • Confident and articulate presenter.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and hardworking.
  • Has a strong understanding of the digital landscape, and has a view on how the industry will continue to evolve in the future.
  • A negotiator who can solve problems proactively.
  • Will have experience of delivering innovative solutions to clients.
  • A foundational understanding of how a global media network operates.
