The Audience Solutions team is a function within the CIA (Culture, Insight and Analytics) craft, built to strengthen our data led products and services throughout the agency and evolve and future proof the client’s audience first, data driven and outcome-based approach across all media buys. The Audience Solutions Team, under the purview of the analytics craft, works cross-functionally and connects agency’s proprietary people-based data to enable data-driven decisions throughout planning and activation and maximize client’s business outcomes.
As a Manager, Audience Solutions, your role entails a balanced blend of technical and marketing acuity, plus understanding of how data and AdTech/MarTech solutions can best support audience development, engagement and activations. With coordination from your team and all other crafts, you will be working with your Director on evaluating MarTech and AdTech solutions, building Client Innovation Roadmaps and Test & Learn Frameworks, leveraging internal IPG tools & resources, driving incremental scope opportunities. Ideal candidate has experience working with 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data, understanding and managing data partners’ taxonomies and data collection methodologies. Experience supporting audience operations in CDP, DMP or other audience platform, audience creation and syndication.
Responsabilità principali
· Maintain knowledge of relevant AdTech and MarTech developments, case studies, data, tools and industry news to ensure team members and clients are up to date on the latest privacy (CCPA, GDPR) updates, developments from data and tech partners, changes to data collection methodologies, data depreciation, changes to walled garden policies
· Spearhead Client Onboarding process from Martech and AdTech perspective
· Evaluate technology partners (data partners, platforms and tool RFIs)
· Compile rate cards across partners
· Leverage IPG audience assets and capabilities such as Acxiom and Kinesso Audience Tool to drive internal solutions and services
· Identify and drive incremental scope development, leveraging IPG audience assets and tools. Develop new opportunities across partners and platforms
· Work with client CRM, DMP to understand the best data and tools available for the audience segmentation strategy and audience activation
· Oversee tech stack utilization
· Lead Cookieless Solution Partner evaluation and testing framework
· Collaborate with other team pods to ensure cohesive approach to audience architecture and across SBUs
Competenze ed esperienza desiderate
· Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
· 3-5 years of experience in audience development, data driven marketing and/or digital marketing
· Have a strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including: DSP, DMP, CDP, Ad Server, Ad Verification and Site Analytics
· Experience in strategic audience work
· Strong understanding of data landscape and utilization (1st party, 2nd/3rd party)
· 1-2 years of experience in managing multiple clients, and teams
· Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports
· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
· Strong time-management and organizational skills
· Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Proven problem solving ability
· Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
