The Negotiator, Data Operations and Media will support the streamlining of our operations regarding data, analytics, and reporting.  The objective of the role is to ensure that our investment teams and their data management practices are aligned to the data platform requirements.  This role is both operationally and analytically focused so attention to detail is a key prerequisite. This position will work across various groups including investment, analytics, technology, as well as others to ensure that our data is of highest quality so it may be used for both our internal and our clients’ reporting and analytics needs.

The Negotiator, Data Operations and Media must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment and evolving as the needs of the business change. They must be comfortable working across different teams and must collaborate and communicate effectively.

Responsabilità principali

  • Oversee, monitor, and govern the quality of the data in our data platform that is used downstream for reporting and analytics purposes both internally and by our clients
  • Act as the data platform subject matter expert (SME) within the investment teams and guide them in decision making based upon platform requirements
  • Assist the investment teams with data management tasks to ensure they are done consistently across all teams
  • Participate in meetings with investment teams to understand the various aspects of media campaigns and how they are setup
  • Review data quality and data governance reports and work with various teams and stakeholders to address and remediate data issues that will arise
  • Assist the data governance team in communicating data governance standards and best practices to the investment teams
  • Communicate and follow up with partners on expected data deliverables and escalate as needed
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to develop new data quality alerts and process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Competenze ed esperienza desiderate

·         Bachelor’s degree quantitative field, e.g., economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance, or a related field of study (required)

  • 1+ years working in a data or operations related role
  • 1+ years media agency experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of data and how upstream actions impact downstream quality
  • Experience working across various teams as well as the ability to navigate large organizations

·         Must be highly flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to achieve objectives

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The salary range for this position is $62,500 to $65,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
