Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Global Lead Generation (who in turn reports to the Global President of Reprise Commerce), you’ll own the production of amazing Commerce though leadership. Of course, that will often be the written word, but we’ll also develop heavily designed assets and video content too. Alongside you will be a CRM Manager and a Senior Lead Generation Manager.  

Key requirements are passion, drive, and commitment. We are moving at pace and need people who can get up to speed quickly and help grow something amazing. And of course, deep content creation expertise is essential. 

You won’t be expected to write your content from scratch, you’ll learn from our Commerce Craft masters around the world and convert their thoughts into wonderful prose. However, a background in and passion for digital marketing and eCommerce is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

While Reprise Commerce is not new, we’ve yet to go large on thought leadership. Your appointment will help change that, so in essence you have a blank piece of paper and can make the role your own. However expected responsibilities include:
  • Create and maintain Business-to-Business (B2B) editorial content for Reprise Commerce
  • Work collaboratively with our regional and local Commerce leaders to develop a world class content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term global marketing targets
  • Understand and implement Reprise Commerce tone of voice and branding guidelines
  • Support the Global Lead Generation Director in building and improving the Reprise Commerce end-to-end campaign process and communication strategies
  • Produce very detailed and beautiful thought leadership that demonstrates how data can presented in a highly creative and consumable way (data visualization will likely be your happy place)
  • Create engaging content for (blog posts, articles, thought leadership, long-form articles, POV pieces, industry reports)
  • Partner with our global Marcoms teams to ensure alignment with our content calendar
  • Optimize content for SEO
  • Edit, proofread, and copyright contributors’ posts
  • Conduct regular interviews with Global Solution Teams/Regional Leadership to gather their perspective on company's content, emerging trends and upcoming initiatives
  • Stay up to date with the latest Commerce news and perform regular competitors’ analysis
  • Ability to storyboard creative and video assets and direct those in front of the camera preferred

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience of Content creation with a good amount of digital content experience (prior exposure to eCommerce is an advantage). You’ll be creative, an effective communicator and most likely slightly techie too
  • A born collaborator. You’ll need to be adept at handling multiple stakeholders, a positive, can-do attitude is a must
  • A strong verbal and written communicator at multiple levels
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WordPress
  • Some knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong project management and organizational skills
