We are seeking talent with experience in digital strategy and innovation to join us in the exciting role of Digital Director for the Australian Government.
In this role, you will be leading the digital strategy across important Departments that impact Australia such as Defence Force Recruiting and the Department of Health and Aged Care. Working closely with the Senior Digital Director you will assist in designing the innovation roadmap across whole of government to uncover client growth opportunities, solve challenges, and provide strategic leadership and innovation.
The diversity of this role will allow you to stretch your skills with an assortment of campaign types such as public awareness, performance, and behaviour change.
Voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden
· Developing a Futureproof Digital Strategy to ensure the best possible strategic dividends from the client's Digital media investment.
· Working closely and collaboratively with the addressable, ad operations, social and search teams to identify and improve our ways of working.
· In charge of developing POV's, assessment of technology and producing / deploying activation playbooks that will ensure best in class implementation across all digital and biddable channels focusing on client outcomes.
· Challenge the status-quo with the latest digital media developments, trends, systems, and processes, based on a strong knowledge of the category via regular contact with media partners.
· Responsible for the direction and delivery of all Digital campaigns goals to achieve the client’s vision.
· Responsible for insight delivery and value creation and allocation from all agreements, including the client partner management.
Gewenste vaardigheden & ervaring
· You've got a strong understanding of the industry and you're comfortable dealing with performance advertisers and large-scale clients.
· You're confident in delivering market leading innovations, advertising/marketing technology, planning and execution of digital campaigns.
· Multi-category planning experience backed by implementation you’re proud of.
· A solid understanding of the effectiveness of previous activity.
· Have a thorough understanding of effective digital communications and results analysis centred in ROI principles.
