Position Summary

The role covers eCRM technical campaign workflow activation and management as well as data analysis, data management & lead validation solution integration, Responsibilities include support the technical side of ABM / lead generation activation with lead validation implementation & management, data modelling, dashboard development, campaign insights data extraction, data configuration, data research, eCRM platform integration, data workflows, api integrations.

We are looking for someone passionate about delivering great results, who loves innovating and challenging existing ways of working and subsequently converting them into scalable, repeatable motions. You should be a naturally organized person, able to build relationships with various stakeholders at differing levels as well as identify any key contacts.

Key Responsibilities

·         Support with the technical set-up and activation of ABM / lead gen campaigns via sales and marketing automation platforms

·         Provide clients with ongoing strategic and technical roadmaps to ensure that they get best value from their automation solutions.

·         Responsible for all aspects of the marketing & sales tech stack configuration and administration - Marketo & Salesforce

·         Have the ability to communicate and work closely with client technical teams and stakeholders.

·         Capture and understand client business requirements and translate them into well-architected technical solutions by researching, testing and recommending the most appropriate options that best leverage platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.

·         Set up and maintain project plans and reporting

·         Regular client and external supplier interaction and relationship building

·         Prepare campaign level reporting, document and present learnings, findings and insights

·         Collaborate with your colleagues across craft streams to ensure cohesion

·         Ensure campaigns are executed according to the brief and in a timely manner

Desired Skills & Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 

·         1+ years of experience in prior media function 

·         Significant experience in marketing or project/account management

·         Hands-on and proven experience of day to day working with large scale clients and projects

·         Knowledge and expertise in creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns

·         Knowledge of/experience with marketing automation systems (including Hubspot) to create, optimize and manage campaigns

·         Digital and tech-savvy with solid understanding of modern digital marketing solutions and technologies

·         Ability to work efficiently, transparently and as part of a team

·         Calm under pressure

·         Critical thinking and ability to problem solve quickly

·         Proactiveness and eagerness to learn

·         Excellent communication skills

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The salary range for this position is $62,500 to $65,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
