Position Summary

The Performance Director role is a true strategic and performance leadership position within Reprise. You will work directly with both senior level clients and our media agency partners to deliver industry leading results and opportunities to advance client outcomes.

You will be supported by a high-performing team and will have direct oversight into leading the day-to-day paid media performance of your accounts. With an aptitude for precision and personalisation, you will work across multi-disciplinary teams to bring holistic performance excellence to fruition for your clients, to deliver customer FLOW across the whole journey.

This role will allow you to be a strong voice and advocate for performance marketing in client and internal agency meetings. Proactively offering strategic advice and thought leadership, right down to tactical guidance and best practice advice.

Although your craft background will be established in digital and paid performance, you will work alongside fellow senior team members to identify and collaborate on non-media opportunities including, SEO, CRO, analytics, and content.

Key Responsibilities

BUSINESS

  • Actively engage in leadership meetings to contribute to the success of the business
  • Experience in growing and developing client relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen – experience managing client finances
  • Collaborate with fellow senior team members to discover new client opportunities across Reprise growing craft services
  • Build successful and productive relationships with our platform partners
  • Billings & budget forecast management
  • Ensure all elements of agreed scopes of work are delivered


PERFORMANCE

  • Utilize your background in performance media to recommend new opportunities to improve client results and solve client challenges
  • Work with your team to review results and uncover advanced analysis to drive results forward
  • Accountable for maintaining digital hygiene factors across your line of business
  • Deliver new innovation to your client through betas and test and learn opportunities
  • Link client business challenges to a performance focused strategy and ultimately to tactical implementation
  • Keep up to date on all client activity running between Paid Search and Paid Social
  • Monitor and enable high performance across agency standards, product adoption and innovation expectations
  • Champion and represent the vision for Reprise performance product, motivating the paid team to contribute and exceed expectations​


CLIENT

  • Lead the senior client relationship and associated agency relationship for paid performance media
  • Own paid performance thought leadership and actively contribute to wider digital strategies with both the client and agency stakeholders
  • Lead performance focus meetings. Including annuals reviews, QBRs and large project-based meetings
  • Proactive in presenting data opportunities, new solutions and or potential tests with vendors
  • Close management over all major client deliverables and KPIs
  • Actively participate in agency partner strategy & planning
  • Key owner of test and learn frameworks along with measurement

  • Provide strong leadership across of a team of highly skilled performance experts
  • Lead and create plans to grow personal and professional development across your team
  • Working closely with our agency counterparts to develop a strong working relationship

Desired Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience working across paid digital performance channels

Sounds knowledge across digital media and the latest industry trends

Experience in advanced measurement for attributable channels

Agency experience preferred

Have a lean in attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders
