To actively manage media buying of assigned accounts and ensure targets delivery. To ensure accuracy of rates and discounts, support volume commitments, documentations that allows prompt bill placement by accounting department.

Voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden

  •  Attend to operation work: check, book, monitor, post report, internal working process for medium size clients, brands.
  •  More advance level buying tasks; innovations that need implementation, TV schedule with serious CPRP target.
  •  Involve in new business pitching/creations, cost setting, CPRP mockup.
  •  Ensure that plans are executed as planned and provide solutions to clients in case of issues.
  •  Ensure that subordinates follow through with documentations.
  •  Engage in PowerPoint for buying report e.g., added value report.
  •  Involve in some on-ground work e.g., client event that may need PR support.
  •  Attend vendor meetings, write minutes and share to parties concerned.
  •  Ensure that matters are delivered to deadlines.
  •  Manage good relationship with junior-middle level vendors.

Gewenste vaardigheden & ervaring

  •  3-5 years' work experience in buying, planning media.
  •  Understand media principles.
  •  More advance level buying tasks; innovations that need implementation, TV schedule with serious CPRP target.
  •  Understand media buying market.
  •  Have connection with media vendors' representatives.
  •  Understand book-bill-pay process.
  •  Able to run industry software and relevant proprietary software.
