Position Summary

The Senior Client Director is responsible for how the client team works and how those clients review us. You are the day to day leader for the Senior Marketing team and Marketing Director. You also deal with multiple client stakeholders at a senior level and as the client expert in UM. You will lead a large client business portfolio as well as working alongside a Group Director.

 

As a member of management, you exemplify our behaviours and drive quality of work. You work collaboratively with the discipline leads and specialists, including Strategy, Design, Partnership and Special Business Units within Mediabrands.

 

This includes multi-category exposure – experience that houses confidence in how we lead clients and team with brave and creative media implementation. As a senior lead within the Client Advice Management team; you are committed, passionate, confident but not arrogant and you contribute to the work. You share responsibility and accountability that encourages your team to do their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively leads the UM team in delivering positive client satisfaction scores.
  • Total responsibility for leading the client advice and relationship through all interactions.
  • Responsible for writing and leading client management plans with Group Director.
  • Generate the scope of work if required and seek approval of any non-contract terms.
  • Be the voice of the client in UM during the planning and internal review process.
  • Establish and lead campaign analysis and optimisation framework; this involved being tapped into all client news and social feeds as well as the campaign results.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Multi-category communications experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience in the industry
  • Strong media marketplace knowledge to deliver award- or PR-worthy campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Impeccable time and project management skills
