Position Summary


The Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for steering and supporting the team as they strategize, develop and execute against marketing initiatives within the advertising technology space.  


This position will rely heavily on skills such as project management, collaboration and marketing communication and collateral development.  This demanding and diverse role is a great opportunity to take ownership of a variety of marketing tasks, including project management responsibilities, communication development and creative work. 

The ideal candidate should be able to thrive under pressure, will demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, and will be a clear, precise communicator. This individual will be tasked with the daily support of timelines, collateral updates and scheduling and should be able to work independently after receiving project assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, create and maintain marketing collateral. Ensure marketing content is effectively delivered to stakeholders, and is easily accessible and up-to-date across internal access points and databases.
  • Provide marketing and communication support to a core pillar of Kinesso’s solutions –Planning – including go-to-market execution, collateral development, communication drafting and distribution, project and stakeholder management, and more.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Kinesso to ensure Planning solution narratives and value propositions are being integrated into core workflows including thought leadership, new business support and more.
  • Support core Solutions Marketing and Product operational tasks including roadmap management, product status creation and dissemination, and more.
  • Serve as a liaison between the department, partner teams and agencies.
  • Perform regular proofreading, editing and copywriting.
  • Coordinate and/or assist on special projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Substantial experience in a marketing, advertising or communications role. 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Writing samples will be required.
  • Experience developing and implementing cross-functional marketing strategies.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
  • Professional presence, polish and strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; ability to demonstrate flexibility in rapidly changing conditions.
  • Self-starter, with a high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker; can anticipate team needs and act on them.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrates an ability to communicate with senior leadership, clients and peers.
  • Experience in Heap, Appcues, other technology and/or software development a plus.

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The pay range for this position is $109,800 to $137,300. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
