Initiative is different to other media agencies.

We are not trapped by a legacy structure primarily centered on paid advertising. Instead, we are liberated by a new world structure designed to deliver highly differentiated and highly effective communications strategies for our clients.

We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Planner to join our office in Milan.


主要职责

As a SENIOR STRATEGIC PLANNER, you will have to work on four main areas:

1.      Participate to provide strategic vision to clients & prospects together with the Client Account and develop brand strategies

2.      Collaborate to manage and develop our suite of research / planning tools with local and international research team

3.      Interpret data, either coming from syndicated and market research or based on ad hoc internally developed studies

4.      Measure and verify the advertising campaign effects both on brand and business results

5.      Identify Audience opportunities

·         Motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude, with driving things forward attitude

·         A can-do attitude and a passion for media&innovation is a must

·         Both analytical and imaginative qualities are required

·         Deep understanding of key research methodologies

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Good media and market research industry knowledge and market interest

·         Understanding and familiarity of media landscape and planning across all channels

·         Experience in defining, and activating audiences (On & Off). Knowledge of data & tech
ecosystem behind the audience creation

·         Ability to use planning tools: TSSP, Nielsen Media Impact

·         English knowledge is a must (both written and spoken)

·         Around 3/4 years of experience in Media Agency, or Research Institute or Advertising Agency is appreciated
