We set up Rufus, an agency within an agency, to globally service one of our biggest clients and one of the world’s biggest and best-known brands: Amazon. You will be a part of this amazing team.
Our team strives to deliver the best possible communication solutions across all channels for Amazon. This role sits under the XCM (Cross Category Marketing) line of business, providing the opportunity to work across diverse lines of business including Retail, Holiday and Brand campaigns. You will support the team in planning and executing customer-centric media campaigns that drive preference or perception change for Amazon.
The role requires planning across all channels in conjunction with specialists - TV, Digital, Social, OOH, Print and Radio.
You will work closely with the Associate Director and the rest of the team, leading and assisting in developing media planning solutions, as well as having an active involvement in all implementation and reporting procedures associated with those campaigns. You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational excellence. You will project managing campaigns through planning, campaign delivery and reporting by effectively organising your direct reports, giving your point of view on how campaigns should be activated based on data sources and research and working more broadly across the Rufus team to share best practice and drive improvements.
As Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production and application of accurate and insightful consumer, cultural, media and market intelligence to contribute to the planning process. You will be an expert in the Initiative design process, tools and techniques, and how to best apply and adapt these for a given scenario. You are a gifted planner who can synergize multiple data points into a cohesive story. You are a strong and nurturing manager, able to support your team in the production of high-quality planning inputs that result in an effective, culturally resonant, highly connected communications solution.
The Manager, CAM/CD, partners with the integrated Initiative team and across Mediabrands specialist teams to ensure brilliant strategy, design, flawless execution, and most importantly, delivery on KPIs and business results for your client.
You will be the day-to-day contact for the client and the internal team. You will support the Associate Director to manage planning across disciplines to ensure everything is operating smoothly, accurately, and on deadline. You will learn to be an authority on your client’s business, to the agency and an authority on Initiative and the SBUs to the clients.
Much of this role will be as part of a local team sitting under the regional Rufus EU Hub team. Developing excellent working relationships with internal clients is equally important as delivering to our Amazon clients.
Campaigns will be activated across all channels in conjunction with specialists (AV, OOH, Digital, Social, Print & Radio).
