Position Summary

The Performance Manager is part of a larger integrated network team supporting a wonderfully diverse and interesting client base. 

 

This particular role focuses on managing 1-2 key performance accounts that spans multiple APAC markets. 

 

Working closely with the Performance Director on these accounts, the role is responsible for driving digital partnerships & innovation, craft excellence through best practice adoption and collaboration across the region and global counterparts.

 

We are looking for an individual who has a love for performance-driven platforms like search, paid social and e-commerce, and would be keen to learn more about the ever-changing landscape – from planning to innovation and technologies. The ideal candidate will have had hands-on experience in comfortably managing performance/ biddable channels, across search, social, video and display. Knowledge of programmatic buying, retargeting and audience management to enhance conversions and ROAS, would be of benefit.

  

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to external clients and be a person who demonstrates quality, timely delivery, attention to detail and professionalism in all aspects of work undertaken and overseen.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Overall Performance campaign delivery, account implementations and operational management across 1 or more key accounts
  • Hands-on management of self-serve platforms (eg. Google Ads, SA360, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Implementation of campaign ad serving in line with ad ops process
  • With the support of Performance execs, ensure the delivery of Performance campaigns across various channels, platforms and touchpoints, in line with campaign objectives
  • Understand performance objectives and set-up bidding strategies to effectively optimise and deliver towards Performance media KPIs 
  • Work with performance platforms and programmatic specialists to ensure digital best practices are in place for optimal account performances
  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, analysis and insights
  • Performance media planning and forecasting with rationale
  • Be the day-to-day point of contact with clients and make sure requests are managed and delivered in a timely manner
  • Support the billing and finance process by ensuring that buys are uploaded onto the billing system 

Desired Skills & Experience

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in managing performance campaigns 
  • Experience in a media agency or in-house performance marketing department is a plus
  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate across all aspects of implementation and operational management, building strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience in implementing across a spectrum of performance channels and touchpoints including search, display, video and social, and also understanding the use of programmatic buying methods
  • Ability to work with and manage others around implementational and operational processes, and effectively troubleshoot operational issues should the occasion calls for it
  • Outstanding team player with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with key platforms like Google/ Google Marketing Platform, Meta is a must; knowledge and experience working on other search, social or programmatic platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience working with the Google and Facebook ad tech stack is also a plus
