Position Summary

To build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency that results in profit to the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

DESCRIPTION

 

Client Management

 

·       Maintain regular contact with clients

·       Lead/ support account lead in effective meetings

·       Thorough knowledge of client’s business, competitors, and market

·       Opportunities for incremental revenue increases identified and developed

·       Participates in new business activities as assigned

 

 

 

Communication Strategies Development & Implementation

 

 

 

 

·       Development/support account lead of all major and new campaign briefs

·       Recommend appropriate research as required

·       Brief working team on new projects and campaigns

·       Prepare strategies for selling digital/creative work to clients ensuring proposal is on strategy and within budget

 

Quality Control/Standards Maintenance

·       Ensure the successful delivery and implementation of end-to-end projects

·       Work conforms with corporate brand identity guidelines and media specifications

·       Work confirms with advertising codes, legal and ethical standards

 

 

Financial Management

·       Support account lead in preparation and monitoring of client’s budget

·       Working knowledge of client contracts/scope of work

·       Prepare financial related documentation for account lead sign-off (CEs, POs, Invoices, etc)

·       Provide clients with accurate monthly budget/actual reconciliation/s

·       Preparation of accurate monthly client billing forecasts

·       Record and maintain detailed manhours on all tasks

Group Management

·       Team members adhere to established processes and procedures

·       All appropriate sign-offs obtained

·       Consults with creative, developers, media and analytics team to communicate client objectives and to develop alternative strategic solutions

 

People Management

·       Exceptional organisational skills to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders

·       Team members have a clear understanding of job requirements

·       Support team leads in team meetings held on a regular basis

 

Search Engine Optimization (Plus)

·       Handle existing SEO projects and provide high quality deliverables on time.

·       Be able to understand the customer’s requirements and provide relevant SEO plans and strategies.

·       Familiar with search engines ranking mechanism and optimization principle, various SEO tools; At least familiar with one website analysis tool such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, etc.

Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager (Plus)

 

·       Identify website's key performance metrics and competitive trends

·       Proficiency in Google Analytics setup and tracking.

·       Proficiency in AEM Adobe Analytics tracking.

·       Creating forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models

·       Directing queries and analyzing databases and logs to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports

·       Making recommendations regarding process improvements and helping develop performance policies and procedures

Desired Skills & Experience

-       1.5+ years’ experience in developing interactive projects, and managing large creative teams and clients

-        Minimum diploma in Mass communication or any related field.

-        Good communication and presentation skills.

-        A self-starter and a team player with the ability to multitask.

-        Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally

-        Experience with various project types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting.

-        Good to have: Familiarity with handling digital projects (website development & maintenance, AR filter, SEO, Google Analytics, etc.)
